San Antonio Police Department Officer Jonathan Montalvo, 23, was arrested on Saturday for allegedly choking his girlfriend during an argument about his cellphone.
Montalvo was charged with felony assault family violence-choking/strangulation.
On November 23 San Antonio police were dispatched to an apartment in San Antonio after a neighbor reported hearing yelling and screaming coming from a nearby apartment, KENS 5 News reports.
