Florida town manager fired for being married to a porn star

By all accounts, William Scott Janke seemed qualified to do his job as Fort Myers town manager. If anything, he tended to be aggressive and maybe a bit of a control-freak, according to a newspaper archive search.

But they knew that before they hired him.

What they didn’t know was that he would end up married to a porn star; a woman known as Jazella Moore, renowned in the porn industry as a horny MILF who hails from Portugal.

When that came out, the conservative town council voted 5-0 to terminate him “without cause.”

Meanwhile, the Miami City Commission didn’t raise a peep when it was discovered that Miami City Manager Pete Hernandez retained a fired city executive at the same salary.

Shirley Richardson was executive director of the ineffective Miami Civilian Investigative Panel making $168,000 a year, but she was fired because she basically did nothing.

Hernandez then took her on as an assistant to an assistant at the same salary and benefits. A position that was created just for her.

And not a word from the city commission. Nor the taxpayers for that matter.

But across the southern tip of our state in Fort Myers, Janke gets fired over the occupation of his wife; a woman he married last October, five months after accepting the job as town manager.

William Scott Janke

I could understand if he had hired her as an assistant to an assistant.

Fort Myers officials said they were “looking out for the best interests of the town.”

I wish somebody would look out for the best interests of my city. And I personally wouldn’t care if he was married to a porn star as long as he didn’t abuse my tax money.

Janke, a 20-year veteran of the public sector since he graduated from the University of Florida, was making about $100,000 a year. He will now receive a six-month severance package worth about $50,000.

Meanwhile, the popularity of his wife is bound to shoot up, so that should help pay the bills as well.

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.
