WATCH: TX Cop Assaults and Arrests Mom and Daughter who Called Police

A Texas cop lost his head after the woman who called him for help told him her neighbor did not have the right to grab and choke her seven-year-old son.

Even if the kid did litter as the man claimed.

“Why not?” responded the Fort Worth cop who has yet to be identified.

The video from the ordeal had over 200,000 views on Facebook before Craig and her daughter were even released from jail. They have already spoken with police about the incident with their attorney, Lee Merritt, present.

Merritt was at the jail trying to secure a release for the pair, according to Heavy.

In the video, the cop walks over to Craig after speaking with the neighbor, presumably about what happened.

“What’s going on with you?” the cop condescendingly asks.

“My daughter and son came home saying that this man grabbed him and choked him,” Craig explains to him, but he already appears disgruntled.

“I came around here and asked him. I said, ‘Why did you put your hands on my son?’ he said, ‘Oh, he threw some paper and I told him to pick it up.’ He said he defied him and that’s why he did it…you don’t have the right to choke somebody’s son. My son is seven-years-old, you don’t have the right to grab him and choke him.”

“Why don’t you teach our son not to litter?”

“He can prove to me that he did or didn’t, but it doesn’t matter,” Craig responds. “That doesn’t give him the right to put his hands on him.”

Yelling ensues .

Craig proceeds to tell the cop she’s “pissed off” for how he’s handling the dispute.

“If you keep yelling at me,” the cop warns. “You’re going to piss me off and I’m going to take you to jail.”

That’s when Craig’s daughter, Brea Hymond, attempts to get between her mother and the discontented cop, but to no avail.

The cop swings Hymond out of the way and jumps on Craig, taking her down with a knee pressed in her back and a taser against her neck while cuffing her.

At one point as he is pinning Craig down, he points his taser at Hymond.

After cuffing Craig, the officer rushes to arrest Hymond as well.

The video ends with Craig and Hymond being arrested and the camera taken from the person who recorded it, Porsha Craver, a Fort Worth resident who is related to Craig.

She explains why she posted the video to her Facebook page.

“When they called Fort Worth Police, this is what we got. These motherfucking racist ass officers who clearly are not here for us,” Craver commented about the what she saw in the video. Racist bitches. We want everybody to see this shit; how Fort Worth Police Department is here to treat people, and what these racist ass police did. He deserves to lose his job and this is our goal.”

UPDATE: The second video below is the full original video from the incident, not just a video from a video showing only part of the incident, which is what the first video shows.

UPDATE II: The Fort Worth cop in this video, identified as William Martin, has been placed on a ten-day unpaid suspension.

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.
