Houston Dpty Arrested for Raping Dog on Video, Charged with Child Porn

Just days after a deputy assigned to the Crime Control Division in Houston was arrested and fired for participating in a bestiality video that shows hims raping a dog, the deputy was charged with three more felony charges.

This time, for possession of child pornography, involving children as young as four.

Last week, [__we reported about Harris County Sheriff Deputy Andrew C. Sustaita Jr.,__](http://photographyisnotacrime.com/2017/01/10/houston-deputy-charged-for-making-sex-video-with-small-dog-and-sharing-it-online/) the Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputy charged with a felony after authorities found one of their own was the participant seen in the video.

After investigators for an online task force unit discovered deputy Sustaita Jr. starring in a self-produced bestiality video, they sought a warrant from a judge allowing the task force to search Sustaita Jr.’s home and electronic devices.

During the search, the task force uncovered the deputy was hiding more than just a slight case of puppy love.

High tech investigators for the unit uncovered around 200 pornographic videos and images involving children on deputy Sustaita Jr.’s home computer.

Some of the victims seen in media images involve children as young as four-years-old, according to police records obtained by [__ABC13__](http://abc13.com/news/harris-co-deputy-accused-of-bestiality-now-charged-with-possession-of-child-porn/1701414/).

Deputy Sustaita Jr. was released on a $30,000 Friday after being released on a $5,000 on Monday.

After reports from local outlets surfaced in Houston on Sunday, fellow members of the thin blue line vamped up damage control efforts through statements to the media.

Fellow officers, along with Sustaita’s Jr.’s father, Andrew Sustaita, vouched for the deputy, reporting to ABC13 they know the disgraced cop as a family man.

On Sunday, Sustaita Jr.’s father, Andrew Sustaita, stated to he was “devastated” by the news about his son, insisted he’d give him the benefit of the doubt and wait for more information to come out.

It’s not clear if Sustaita Jr.’s father is waiting to actually watch the video police used as evidence in order to arrest him, or if he believes police require more evidence than video capturing the act provides.

Sustaita added his son is a “hard worker.”

But JoAnn Musick from Harris County District Attorney Office’s Sex Crime Division says the acts being committed by Sustaita Jr. seen in the bestiality video are so extreme and graphic, she decided to charge the deputy with felony obscenity, since Texas remains one of the eight total states where no laws exist specifically banning bestiality.

“It’s very serious because of the implications on that child,”Musick explained.

Between 2009 and 2014, about a 1,000 cops lost their licences over sex offenses, according to an investigation by the [__Associated Press__](http://bigstory.ap.org/article/fd1d4d05e561462a85abe50e7eaed4ec/ap-hundreds-officers-lose-licenses-over-sex-misconduct).

However, based on the fact PINAC often receives several news stories of pedophile cops in a single day, the number is likely higher than that given the majority of the actual stories often get nudged out by another story.

At the time of his arrest for the felony obscenity charge, deputy Sustaita Jr. was assigned to the Harris County Sheriff’s Crime Control Unit.

Before that Sustaita worked at the Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office and was enlisted prior to that as a U.S. Army specialist, according to his LinkedIn profile

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.

Please make a donation below or click on side tab to learn more about our mission.
