WATCH: Florida Doctor Assaults Woman, Seizing Phone, for Recording him

A Florida doctor – who apparently missed his calling as a cop – seized a woman’s phone after she recorded him kicking her mother out of his office.

The Gainesville doctor, who has not yet been identified, was irate because the mother was complaining about waiting too long to be seen.

“Get the fuck out of my office,” the doctor told the mother, Jessica Stipe, who posted about the incident Monday on Facebook.

When the doctor realized her daughter had recorded his temper tantrum, he grabbed the phone from her hand and began walking away.

Stipe said he shoved her daughter when she tried to grab the phone back. He also apparently tried to delete the footage before throwing the phone back at her.

Gainesville police were called to the scene, but said they could not file charges because the daughter was not injured in the incident, even though he clearly assaulted her.

The incident took place Monday in the Gainesville After Hours clinic. Stipe, who said she is pregnant, had an appointment for 6:30 p.m.

But by 7:45 p.m., she was angry because all they had done so far take her urine for a test.

She said she was throwing up in a trash can and she does look visibly sick in the video, so she asked for a return of her co-payment so she could come back the next day.

But that angered the doctor, who stepped into the waiting room to confront her, which was when Stipe’s daughter began recording.

“Are you kidding me? Do you know how many people … I got seven rooms back there,” the doctor said.

Although Stipe said police said they would not file charges, they told the [__New York Daily News__](http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/doctor-yelling-kicking-patient-clinic-article-1.3554094) that they are “investigating” the incident.

But the investigation should not last more than the minute it takes to watch the video to conclude the doctor did assault the daughter.

But we all know cops do not consider snatching a phone to be assault because they do it all the time.

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.
