Texas Deputy Arrested for Dog Rape Video Sentenced to 27 Years for Child Porn

Harris County Sheriff deputy Andrew C Sustaita Jr. screwed the pooch, literally, when he posted a video of himself raping a small dog to an account on a beastiality website from a computer belonging to Harris County, which we reported about in January 2017.

A tip about that eventually led authorities to photos on a computer showing genitals identified as Sustaita’s placed on the head of a sleeping 10-year-old relative of the deputy.

In other pictures found by investigators, Sustaita exposes the girl’s genitals by pulling down her pajamas.

On Thursday, U.S. district judge sentenced Sustaita to 27 years in federal prison, calling it “one of the most disagreeable cases” he had seen on the bench, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Sustaita was originally identified as the suspect during an investigation by the Harris County Sheriff’s High Tech Crime Unit regarding obscene material being produced from the government-owned computer.

Namely, Sustaita was suspected of producing and posting videos of himself having sex with a small dog.

Just days after he was arrested and fired for participating in that bestiality video, which shows hims raping the dog, Sustaita was charged with three more felony charges.

This time, Sustaita was charged for possession of child pornography, involving children as young as 4-years-old.

After investigators for an online task force unit discovered deputy Sustaita Jr. starring in the self-produced bestiality video, they sought a warrant from a judge allowing the task force to search Sustaita Jr.’s home and electronic devices.

During their search, the task force uncovered the deputy was hiding more than just a slight case of puppy love.

High tech investigators for the unit uncovered around 200 pornographic videos and images involving children on deputy Sustaita Jr.’s home computer.

Some of the victims seen in media images involve children as young as four-years-old.

Investigators found Sustaita had an online presence on websites themed around bestiality.

Before his sentencing, Sustaita admitted to posting erotic images of children and commenting on websites known for child pornography, U.S. Attorney Ryan Patrick said.

Sustaita will serve the remainder of his life on supervised release if he survives his prison term. He would also be ordered to register as a sex offender upon release from prison.

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.
