New Jersey police kill man since he was suspiciously pacing in his yard

Yesterday around 11 a.m. Vineland police officers responded to a 911 call that reported a man that was acting suspiciously on the front porch of a house.

Police arrived on scene at 11:22 a.m.and the interaction was caught on multiple cell phone videos.

A minute into one of the first clip posted on Facebook by Tina Wainwright you can see a shirtless man stepping forward and backward repetitively as officer point their gun at him.

Forty seconds later, the man is seen crouched and swaying in the same position.

Two minutes and thirty seconds into it he starts walking forward and backward again and he continues to do so till the video ends.

A second video was captured from a different angle by Ryonna Mariee that shows not only a few minutes before the officer shooting but shows the shooting as well.

This angle as shows that the officers had a K9 with them.

A minute into the second video you can see the man attempt to get close to the officers but steps back as soon as the K9 tries to get close.

Two minutes and twenty seconds later Mariee tells the people commenting on her Live video that the officers are making people back away.

Two minutes and fifty-eight seconds into the video Mariee states that they are going to kill him and immediately after the man tries to run and the officers fire three shots.

“Oh my God! They just killed him. Oh my God. Oh my fucking God and the dog is biting his fucking face,” Mariee says right after the sounds of the gun shots.

Mariee runs closer to scene still stating that the dog is continuing to bite the man.

As she is stating this you can see officers, instead of trying to stop the dog, yelling at the witnesses to back up and motion for them to step backwards.

Even into four minutes into the video you still hear the officers worried about the crown instead of the man lying on the ground.

“Back up, back the fuck up,” can be heard four minutes and ten seconds into it.

After shooting him and allowing the dog to attack him, they put him in handcuffs.

Five minutes into the video Mariee repeats what an officer just said:

“Talking about he had a bomb.”

”You can see what the fuck was in his hand,” someone in the crowd of witnesses yelled.

A man was fatally shot during a confrontation with police outside a Center City home Saturday morning.

The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said the man had not been positively identified as of Saturday evening.

Vineland police officers responded at 11:22 a.m. after a caller reported a man was “acting suspiciously” on the front porch of a house on West Wood Street between the Boulevard and Fourth Street, Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said in a statement.

“An encounter between the officers and the subject lasted for several minutes ending with the subject being fatally shot,” Webb-McRae said.

Authorities did not say how many officers discharged their weapons and did not identify the officers who were involved in the incident, which occurred less than two blocks away from Vineland’s police headquarters. They did not indicate if the man had a weapon, but eyewitness videos posted on social media suggest he was unarmed.

The prosecutor’s office said it’s leading the investigation in accordance with state attorney general guidelines for incidents involving use of force by police.

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.
