An NYPD female upper-ranking sergeant stuffed a pair of her panties down a grown man’s mouth during a debate on whether her panties were clean or not.
New York City Police Sergeant Ann Marie Guerra is the second-in-command at the 72nd Precinct Detectives Squad in Brooklyn.
Guerra was in the unisex locker room at the precinct on October 7 with Detective Victor Falcon. Falcon complained directly to Guerra about her leaving her thong laced underwear and other panties all over the locker room reports the New York Daily News.
Guerra then shoved her panties down Falcon’s mouth and yelled,
> “They are fucking clean!”
Falcon filed a complaint against Guerra with the NYPD’s Equal Employment Opportunity Office three days later.
A source says,
> “She has been on social media spouting man-hating rhetoric about fellow sergeants having little dicks. Multiple detectives in the station house have objected to Guerra leaving her panties on the unisex shower knob and outside her locker for all to see.”
Guerra disputes the complaint, claiming she wasn’t trying to gag the detective, but was just trying to put her panties up to his nose.
The NYPD confirmed the following in a statement:
> “There is an active Detective Bureau Investigation case regarding the 72 Detective Squad.”
Guerra didn’t immediately return messages seeking comment. Falcon could not be reached.
