Video posted to YouTube shows a Texas deputy brutalizing a woman after she requested he leave her home since he did not have a warrant to be inside.

The young woman’s parents, who owned the home, were not present at the time.

Things got ugly after she asked him to leave.

Footage posted on June 21 shows a Fannin County deputy arriving to speak neighbors who called the sheriff on Joi Eachus about her dogs, which they said were running around and being aggressive.

After speaking to the neighbors, the deputy knocks on Eachus’s door to speak with her about the dogs.

Eachus,23, answers and explains she does have a 3-month-old pit bull puppy.

“We have a pit puppy, who has never bitten anyone,” she tells the deputy.

“She just has a very aggressive bark,” Eachus says, explaining that the dogs sometimes get out from the back yard and run into the neighbors yard.

“OK, that’s going to have to stop,” the deputy replies.

“Can you ask them if my dog bit them?” Eachus asks the deputy.

“Today, no,” the deputy replies.

“But I’m fixing to go talk to somebody. Apparently, one of them bit on the back of the leg.”

“When?”

“I do not know. I haven’t talked to them yet.”

“OK,” she replies.

“Is there any way I can see the dogs?”

When Eachus refuses to allow the officer inside, that’s when things seem to take a turn.

The deputy then begins asking all the standard identification questions.

“What is that necessary for?”

“Because I’m here, because of your dogs.”

After gathering information, the deputy starts lecturing Eachus about how SPCA could get involved and turns around to walk around.

Before he finishes, Eachus decided she didn’t want to hear his spiel and walks inside her house.

When the deputy, who had already turned to walk away, hears the door close he marches up Eachus’s steps and barges into her home even though she had already told him she didn’t want to allow him to enter.

The deputy begins lecturing and pointing with the pen in his finger.

“If we continue to get calls, the SPCA is going to come out and take a report. And then you’re going to be charged for it.”

Eachus asks the deputy to leave several times, but he refuses.

She eventually calls her mother, who owns the home.

“Get out of my house!” she tells the deputy before handing the phone to him.

The deputy then lies to the mother, saying the door was open when he knocked on it.

“Because these dogs continue to run free. And she slammed the door. And when I went to knock on it, it came open,” the deputy says, obviously lying.

“Get the fuck out of my house!” Eachus screams as she walks out into the front yard.

“OK, have a good day,” the deputy tells her mother on the phone as his hands apparently begin to shake.

The deputy hangs up the phone and follows Eachus outside and grabs her by the neck.

“Get off me! Get off me! Get off me!” she screams, insisting she didn’t do anything wrong.

“I’m not doing anything wrong,” she repeats.

“Stop, your’e hurting me,” she says as the deputy twists her arms behind her back.

For several minute the woman begs the deputy to get off of her, saying she can’t breathe.

“I don’t know why you are doing this to me.”

“Get off of me! Get off of me!” she repeats.

Eventually, back up officers arrive and the deputy lies to his supervisor saying he ‘knocked’ on the door before entering the Eachus’s home, which the video shows is untrue.

“I was afraid that if I twisted her arm anymore. I would end up breaking it. I didn’t want to hurt her,” he explains to his supervisor who then abruptly walks away from him.

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.
