Former Utah Cop Sentenced to Prison for Forcible Sex Abuse of His Wife

A former Spanish Fork police officer Aaron Foster, 39, will serve at least one year in prison after he violated a protective order and sexually abused his ex-wife and recorded her through the blinds of her home.

Foster pleaded guilty in June 2019 to four counts of forcible sexual abuse, all second-degree felonies; and three counts of voyeurism, all class B misdemeanors.

On August 2 a 4th District Court judge ordered Foster to spend one to 15 years in prison for the felony charges with each sentence running concurrently.

According to charges, Foster took inappropriate pictures of his ex-wife without her knowledge or consent. Investigators searching Foster’s phone also found photos and video taken through the blinds outside the victim’s house, KSL News reports.

During one incident in October 2018, the woman told investigators she woke up to Foster touching her inappropriately while she slept. The judge also signed another continuing protective order between Foster and his ex-wife.

Foster resigned from the Spanish Fork Police Department nearly a decade ago after serving as a police officer from July 2007 to June 2010.

Support our Mission

Help us build a database of bad cops

For almost 15 years, PINAC News has remained active despite continuous efforts by the government and Big Tech to shut us down by either arresting us for lawful activity or by restricting access to our readers under the pretense that we write about “social issues.”

Since we are forbidden from discussing social issues on social media, we have created forums on our site to allow us to fulfill our mission with as little restriction as possible. We welcome our readers to join our forums and support our mission by either donating, volunteering or both.

Our plan is to build a national database of bad cops obtained from public records maintained by local prosecutors. The goal is to teach our readers how to obtain these lists to ensure we cover every city, county and state in the country.

After all, the government has made it clear it will not police the police so the role falls upon us.

It will be our most ambitious project yet but it can only be done with your help.

But if we succeed, we will be able to keep innocent people out of prison.
