Brett Sanders is the Texan version of [__Jeff Gray__](http://photographyisnotacrime.com/2015/04/charges-dismissed-against-pinacs-jeff-gray-in-manipulated-probable-cause-arrest/), frequently conducting First Amendment audits outside police departments by standing on a public sidewalk with his camera.
And like Gray, he frequently gets confronted by cops who are under the [__impression that he is “suspicious,”__](http://photographyisnotacrime.com/2014/07/dea-agents-fail-intimidating-man-recording-federal-building/) even though he is not breaking any law and it should be obvious to any Texas cop by now that many citizens throughout the country are conducting these First Amendment audits.
But in this video, which he posted on April 1, the cop who walked out of the Plano Police Department and asked the customary, “is there something we can help you with?”, ended up not pushing the matter further when Sanders told him he was just taking photos.
So as far as the audit goes, the [__Plano Police Department__](http://photographyisnotacrime.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Police) passes with flying colors.
